In the event of damaged, faulty or incorrect products being dispatched, we are happy for you to return the goods to us. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your product to ensure we can help you.Â
Hair colour results may vary, so we encourage customers to choose their shade carefully. Due to the nature of hair colour products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect colour selection.Â
Subscription orders placed are non-refundable and non-returnable. By subscribing, you agree to be charged automatically for each recurring order unless cancelled before the next billing date.
We are unable to offer refunds or accept returns on subscription renewals that are not cancelled in time. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage or cancel their subscription prior to the next charge.
Please note that hair dyes can cause allergic reactions, and there is a risk of this occurring with every use. We strongly recommend that you take all necessary precautions, including performing a patch test before application, to ensure the product is safe for you. In the event of an allergic reaction, we are unable to offer a return or refund.
